At Hammockology we know that when you buy online you want that item in your hands right there and then. That's not possible of course, but, we'll do our very best to get your purchase to you asap. When your order comes in we will get it out to you at the earliest opportunity, often leaving here the same day.

We also know that by shopping online you expect to get your goods at a competitive price, what you don't want is to see your savings wiped out by extortionate delivery charges. We now have a reduced delivery charge for all addresses within the island of Ireland, just €6.50 no matter how many items you order.

Orders of large items like the wooden stands often qualify for free shipping. See individual products for details.

For most items we use Nightline couriers, a well respected Irish company with all the modern computerized tracking facilities you would expect. Within the island of Ireland they will deliver to your door the next working day. For large items we use FedEx. Allow 3 to 5 working days on products that state “Large Item”.

For small items, which would not be economic to courier we use An Post. We won't charge you €10 delivery on an item that costs you €5.

UK delivery is possible and generally takes 2 to 4 working days. Rates vary depending on weight but are still very competitive.

You can have your purchase delivered to any address that is convenient, your workplace or a neighbours' if you like. Nightline and FedEx deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please enter a daytime or mobile phone number when ordering as the couriers will generally call first to ensure you are in.

Most items are kept in stock permanently and the website is constantly updated to let you know if we are temporarily out of stock. You will be contacted promptly if the product you ordered cannot be dispatched in good time. You have the option of a refund or change of product if you do not want to wait.
